Accessing someone else’s information (Proxy access)

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

Healthy living

Private Patients

Patients not eligible for N.H.S. services but who require the use of the surgery facilities will be asked to pay for these services.  An estimate of the minimum cost can be made available on request.

Please note that fees will be payable on completion of services. However an advance fee will be payable before the consultation  The Practice does not operate a credit card system and therefore we cannot accept payment by credit/debit cards or cheque.

Physiotherapy - Self Referral

If you are suffering from any of the following symptoms, you can now refer yourself without a GP appointment to physiotherapy:-

  • Back Pain
  • Upper Back Pain
  • Neck Pain
  • Joint Pain (e.g. knee, hip, ankle, shoulder)

You must be 16 years or older with no acute trauma i.e. fractures that have not been diagnosed.
